تعتبر الهيكلة الإدارية العمود الفقري للمؤسسات العامة او الخاصة، و نظرا لاهميتها الاستراتجية و الحيوية في تأسيس إدارة حديثة و متقدمة و ناجعة فأن وزراة العمل و الشؤون الاجتماعية لمملكة اطلانتس الجديدة أرض الحكمة تسعي للتركيز على تكوين و بناء هيكلة إدارية تراعي كل متطلبات البناء السليم و الناجع لعمل الوزارة و تنفيذ خططها العملية وفق تصور عام يحقق أهداف المملكة تحت إشراف و قيادة معالي سمو الأمير الدكتور الرئيس محمد العبادي ،و هذه الرؤية تقوم على التركيز على جعل هذه الهيكلة مقتصرة و ناجعة ،تقوم على خمس خطط وظيفية عليا، على رأس الوزارة خطة وزير العمل و الشؤون الاجتماعية لمملكة اطلانتس الجديدة أرض الحكمة و تمثلها الدكتورة سوسن مبروك ، تليها خطة نائب(ة) وزير تتوفر فيه الكفاءة و الجدية اللازمة يقع تعيينه من قبل معالي السيد الرئيس ثم سكريتر(ة) عام للوزراة و مهمته محورية و أساسية في العمل الإداري للوزراةو التنسيق بين الوزارة المذكورة و باقي الوزارات و الهيئات العامة و الخاصة و النقابات الوطنية و يتطلب كفاءة و جدية عالية و أيضا عمل الوزارة يتطلب وجود مكلف (ة) عام بالشؤون المالية للوزراة و مهمته دقيقة و هامة، تتطلب توفر الاختصاص المالي و مسك الحسابات و التصرف في الموارد المالية للوزراة وفق خطه عملية يوافق عليها السيد معالي الرئيس و الوزير ،ثم مكلف عام (ة) بالشؤون القانونية للوزراة و كذلك التنسيق الدولي من أجل استقطاب الكفاءات و المهارات الدولية يتطلب كذلك خبرة تفوق الخمس سنوات في مجال القانوني و إبرام العقود الدولية و المعاهدات ذات الصلة.
