Prime Minister Najla Bouden Ramadan, accompanied by the Minister of Religious Affairs, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Shaibi, went to the island of Djerba to see the progress of the season of Al-Ghariba’s visit, and to inspect the progress of preparations for Tunisia’s hosting of the 18th Francophone Summit on November 19 and 20, 2022 in Djerba.

For his part, Piers Trabelsi expressed his thanks to the Tunisian authorities, who provided all the ingredients for success for this important event, considering that the large turnout of the Jewish community heralds a promising tourist season.
The Prime Minister began her visit to Djerba by inspecting the progress of the achievement and preparation of the various spaces that will host the various activities of the 18th Francophone Summit.
The Head of Government received reports and presentations from the supervisors of this demonstration and the people who carried out the works, who affirmed the good readiness of our country to host this important international summit and the ability of national competencies to achieve the readiness of all spaces before the specified deadlines.

This year, Gharbia witnessed the participation of nearly five thousand participants, which proved the success of the Gharbia season and an indicator of the success of the Tunisian tourist season this year.
